As for me, I am always overwhelmed with tasks. Even if I plan to do only two important things during a day, I end up feeling overwhelmed because I find dozens of related tasks to do to keep myself busy. Such a lifestyle often makes me feel exhausted by the end of the day. On the other hand, I have never tried to change my way of life until this moment.

Last year I entered the college and my life changed dramatically. Now, I have to combine doing multiple daily routines, visiting classes, doing homework, preparing for exams and being socially active. In such circumstances, busy lifestyle can be unbearable. So, I decided to stop exhausting myself and take some rest. I am only developing the habit of devoting time to myself and having effective rest, but I can tell for sure that the tips below turned out to be really helpful.
